Kristina Wildes is a small-town romantasy author whose debut novel, Forged in Blood, thrusts readers into a multidimensional world at the crossroads of love and war. Throughout the Empathy Series, she shines light on topics that are often considered taboo, offering a sense of community and understanding to those who have endured some of life’s darkest tribulations.

 

As a young girl, Kristina developed a deep love for writing, photography, and horseback riding. When her hands weren’t occupied by pen and paper, they were either holding a camera or taking the reins. Today, she lives in Kansas alongside her husband, a proud U.S. Army servicemember, and their four furballs.
